September 12, 2008
In the current financial climate many people that are looking to take out a mortgage are also looking for quality financial advice from an experience, qualified, and trained industry officials to help them avoid making any mistakes when deciding on the right mortgage product. However, finding the right person to advise you isn’t always easy, and many people find themselves getting poor advice from someone that is not really suitably qualified or experienced in this field.
The firm impartial.co.uk has recently launched a new service whereby consumers will be able to search a database of financial advisors in order to find a professional that suits their needs in terms of their qualifications, experience, specialist field, or even the postcode area that they are in. Over five thousand authorised mortgage advisors will be on the list, giving consumers plenty of choice when it comes to finding the most suitable one. This includes whole of market advisors, independent mortgage advisors, and independent financial advisors.
According to an official from impartial.co.uk: “In the current climate, whole of market mortgage advice has never been more important. We have seen a lot of lenders tightening their lending criteria and withdrawing products from the market altogether. The latest IMLA statistics show that intermediaries were responsible for generating 80% of mortgage business in the first quarter of 2008, clearly highlighting that mortgage advice is growing in importance.”
She continued: “We believe that Impartial.co.uk is a unique mortgage broker search, offering a consumer friendly and most importantly a confidential way to source mortgage advice. We expect Impartial.co.uk to become a significant referrer of business to mortgage advisers in the future.”
